There’s just something about the Blue Angels that hits you in the soul.
It’s the smell of jet fuel, the thundering roar of F/A-18 Super Hornets ripping across the sky in perfect formation, and the feeling in your chest when “God Bless the U.S.A.” blares as those birds go full afterburner overhead. That’s not just a show — that’s America on display.
For decades, the Navy’s Blue Angels have been a traveling monument to skill, precision, and national pride. They bring together people from every walk of life, jammed shoulder-to-shoulder on tarmacs and shorelines, necks craned upward, watching something uniquely and defiantly American. And that’s exactly why the Left wants to kill it.
What do you think of this billboard? We’re digging into this new push to ground the Seattle summer tradition and get the Blue Angels out of Seafair!

Yep — the latest target for the cancel mob is the Blue Angels. As RedState reported, activists are working to boot them from Seattle’s annual Seafair Torchlight Parade. One woman even filed a lawsuit blaming two of the pilots for — I swear I’m not making this up — killing her cat with the sound of their jets. But that’s just the headline. The real effort? It’s all draped in the holy vestments of their secular religion: climate change.
A billboard recently popped up in Seattle with the bold demand: “Say No to the Blue Angels.” It features photos of distressed children, a dog, and — naturally — a woman in a hijab. The accusations? The Angels are “Too Loud,” cause “War Trauma,” and, of course, generate “Pollution.”
This is what you need to understand: for the activists leading this charge, this isn’t really about noise complaints or jet exhaust. It’s about erasing symbols of American strength, excellence, and joy. It’s about making patriotism something to be ashamed of, all under the guise of saving the planet. These people don’t just dislike the Blue Angels — they dislike what the Blue Angels represent.
That’s why this crusade feels so much bigger than an air show. They want to suck the joy out of anything that makes Americans feel proud of who they are. No fighter jets. No national pride. Just buses, bugs, and bureaucracy — all for the glory of their utopian, joyless, collectivist dream.
You will own nothing. You will eat bugs. And you will not watch the Blue Angels. That’s their vision.
