Jeffrey Epstein’s name is back in the headlines — and this time, it’s not just celebrities and financiers feeling the heat. Now it’s Democrat leadership that’s being pulled into the web. This week, House Oversight Chair James Comer dropped a small but unmistakably loud bombshell on the House floor: a 2013 email from a progressive fundraising agency sent directly to Jeffrey Epstein, pitching a dinner with then-President Barack Obama and rising Democrat star Hakeem Jeffries — or, as the email hilariously called him, “Brooklyn’s Barack.”
James Comer reads “Brooklyn’s Barack” email on House floor:
“Let’s read it to make sure. To Jeffrey Epstein. That’s the real Jeffrey Epstein, not Jasmine Crockett’s Jeffrey Epstein.” pic.twitter.com/XsUFny4Ozu

You can’t make this up.
The agency claimed it was “working with Jeffries” and used that now-cringeworthy nickname as bait to entice Epstein to open his wallet for Democrat fundraising. Whether or not the future House Minority Leader ever met Epstein in person is still unknown. But the invitation alone, sent to one of the most notorious names in modern American criminal history, is more than enough to raise eyebrows — especially as we wait for the full release of the Epstein files.
And Comer didn’t stop there. He used the opportunity to take a swing at Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who recently embarrassed herself by confusing Dr. Jeffrey Epstein, a completely unrelated New York physician, with the Jeffrey Epstein — the convicted sex offender. Comer read the real letter aloud, then skewered Crockett’s failed attempt to link GOP officials to Epstein using nothing but the wrong man’s name.
“This is what happens when you throw rocks at glass houses,” Comer grinned. And the chamber did not disappoint.
Social media instantly lit up with commentary. Some are saying Jeffries should just lean into the branding — maybe slap “Brooklyn’s Barack” on a campaign sticker. Others are a little less kind, floating the nickname “Dollar Store Obama.” Either way, the internet never forgets.
This is going to backfire like everything else they do. Now we need GOP to buy a spine or a back bone and take some action. Stop playing nice the Democrat/socialist is playing dirty.

But jokes aside, this isn’t just about one email. It’s about what might be next. If this relatively obscure 2013 message is already pointing toward top-tier Democrats rubbing elbows — even indirectly — with Epstein’s circle, what’s coming when the DOJ releases the full trove of files in the next 30 days?
Because this could get very real, very fast.
If prominent Democrats — the same ones who accused Trump of being part of a “cover-up” — end up exposed as guests, donors, or even close contacts of Epstein’s network, it would mark one of the most staggering political miscalculations in recent memory. They wanted the documents released. Trump signed the bill. Now, the clock is ticking.
And let’s not forget: Epstein was already convicted when this email was sent. His name was not unknown. His crimes were already documented. And still, progressive operatives thought he was a donor worth contacting for an Obama-Jeffries dinner.
The media won’t want to touch this. They’ll try to frame it as old news, a misunderstanding, or out of context. But that won’t work. Not this time. The American public is paying attention. The House Oversight Committee is digging deeper. And the Epstein network — and those who benefited from it — is finally being dragged into the sunlight.
