Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, former National Security Advisor under President Donald Trump, issued a forceful public warning over the weekend, declaring that the unresolved Jeffrey Epstein scandal remains a moral and political liability — and demanding the Trump administration confront it directly.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) addressed directly to Trump, Flynn wrote:
“@realDonaldTrump please understand the EPSTEIN AFFAIR is not going away. If the administration doesn’t address the massive number of unanswered questions about Epstein, especially the ABUSE OF CHILDREN BY ELITES (it is very clear that abuse occurred), then moving forward on so many other monumental challenges our nation is facing becomes much harder.”
Flynn’s message is clear: moral credibility is at stake. He called for a firm, public reckoning over Epstein’s crimes and what he refers to as an elite cover-up. His words were directed not just at Democrats, but also as a challenge to Trump to lead with “moral clarity and unshakable resolve.”
“TRUST was deeply violated by both @JoeBiden and @BarackObama. Your administration MUST be above reproach,” Flynn added.
He invoked the biblical warning from Matthew 18:6 about those who harm children:
“Anyone who causes these little ones to stumble, it would be better to have a millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.”
Flynn continued:
“We cannot allow pedophiles to get away. I don’t personally care who they are or what elite or powerful position they hold. They must be exposed and held accountable!!!”
His comments come amid renewed pressure from within the conservative movement to demand transparency and action. Conservative commentator Glenn Beck recently filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for all communications between FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino and Attorney General Pam Bondi related to Epstein.
Flynn’s latest warning marks the second time he has openly challenged the Trump administration. Earlier this year, he released a blistering statement regarding the lack of accountability for the RussiaGate scandal, which he described as an “attempted overthrow” of the presidency.
“We the people are fed up with having tons more evidence come out regarding Russia-Gate yet sadly, no one is getting arrested,” Flynn wrote at the time.
“Hell, there doesn’t even appear to be an investigation even though they tried to overthrow the presidency of these United States!”
.@realDonaldTrump please understand the EPSTEIN AFFAIR is not going away.
