As the owner of the popular Twitter account Libs of TikTok, Chaya Raichik unveiled during a recent interview that back when she had been doxxed, Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) was quick to reach out to make sure that she was protected and helped.
Libs of TikTok had managed to keep its owner entirely anonymous until Taylor Lorenz from The Washington Post chose to openly reveal her personal information, kicking off a large number of angry threats directed at both Raichik and her various family members.
After also making sure to thank Tucker Carlson, a host with Fox news, for also reaching out to help her when she needed it, Raichik explained while she was speaking on “Tucker Carlson Today,” his popular Fox Nation show, that in the wake of her information being released, a member of DeSantis’ team reached out to her to inform her that she was welcome to come and stay in the governor’s mansion if she and her family felt unsafe in their own home because of the threats.

“Was there anyone who reached out to you, who supported you, took your side?” asked Carlson, only to receive a quick reply of “yes” from Raichik.
“First of all, you,” she stated to the show’s host, adding that she really appreciated his support.
“That’s an easy one,” chimed back Carlson.
“I will say this, when I was doxxed, someone from Ron DeSantis’ team called me,” Raichik went on, forcing a surprised response from Carlson, “really?”
She continued on to explain that the woman who called her had explained that DeSantis wanted to ensure that she and her family remained and felt safe, adding that they were welcome to use a guest house located at the governor’s mansion if they needed to make use of it.
“She said, ‘The governor wanted me to give you a message. He said if you don’t feel safe — or — you or your family, if you need a place to go, to hide, to stay, you can come to the governor’s mansion.”
“What?” stated Carlson, clearly shocked by the reveal.
“She said, ‘We have a guest house for you, and you can come and stay as long as you need,'” tacked on Raichik.
Carlson, still in shock, asked for more information: “The Governor of Florida did this.”
Raichik answered in affirmation and went on to say that she had been very touched and overwhelmed by the gesture. “I can’t even — I was like — I was almost in tears,” she stated, highlighting that she had been living out in California at the time and had just been shocked by the willingness of DeSantis to step up to support her, let alone offer the kind of defense that he did.
“That’s crazy!” responded Carlson, adding in conclusion, “Well, I’m so glad I asked that question.”
