Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal just said the quiet part out loud: Being pro-America means being pro-Trump. And coming from one of the most influential figures in the Middle East, that’s not just a statement—it’s a reality check for the global political establishment.
Speaking with Tucker Carlson on The Tucker Carlson Show, Talal made it clear that Saudi Arabia sees Trump’s leadership as essential for America’s success—and by extension, for global stability.
“We can’t be anti-Trump, you know, because we are pro-America. We have to be pro-Trump, especially with the new policies that he’s taking right now.”
And why? Because Trump rejects the woke leftism that has undermined the United States both at home and abroad.
“All his policies right now—being anti-woke, being anti-left-wing, being anti-all those crazy things that are happening on the left—we are for sure pro-Trump on these matters.”
This is a major shift in how global elites talk about Trump’s presidency. For years, Democrats and the media pushed the narrative that Trump was a “fascist” and a “threat to democracy.”
But now? Foreign leaders are openly endorsing his return.
Saudi Arabia’s support for Trump’s leadership isn’t just about domestic policy—it’s also about Middle East stability.
Since his re-election in 2024, Trump has vowed to end the war between Israel and Hamas and bring peace to the region through a five-front strategy:
- Syria
- Lebanon
- Saudi Arabia
- Broader Arab and Muslim states
- The Palestinians
Prince Talal recognizes this as the pragmatic, results-driven leadership that the region—and the world—needs right now.
“It’s about time for America to get a logical person, a pragmatic person like Trump.”
Beyond foreign policy, Talal touched on something even more fundamental: America has veered too far left, and Trump’s election was a necessary course correction.
“One of the main ingredients of the success of Trump in the last election was really his social policies. Many people in America believe that America went too much to the left.”
And he’s right.
Despite Democrats doubling down on leftist policies around social justice, climate change, and gender ideology, Americans aren’t buying it.
Polling consistently shows that voters’ top concerns aren’t about pronouns or “equity” programs—they care about:
- The economy
- Immigration
- Inflation
A Center Square Voters’ Voice Poll conducted in October by Noble Predictive Insights found that 59% of Americans supported a federal ban on sex-change procedures for minors—despite Democrats insisting that the country supports these radical policies.
